Growing up in the 70’s and 80’s I was never told to exercise to lose weight. I was always told to go outside and play. I remember learning to play kickball, double-dutch, ride bikes and form dance groups. We played for hours together averaging about 10 miles a day… easily. After my child was born, I struggled to find a play group for her. We did our best to exercise, but I noticed she played better and longer with her peers. This is part of the reason I created Kids In Super Shape (affectionately known as the K.I.S.S. Club). I wanted to create a club that would make it easy for kids to find their tribe and stay active at the same time. Parents and teachers can request a K.I.S.S. Club.
